Request Account & Data Deletion
You can request the deletion of your Shilingi account and associated personal data at any time.
When your account is deleted:
1. Your profile information (such as email and display name) will be permanently removed.
2. Your access to the Shilingi app will be revoked.
3. Any saved preferences or usage-related data will be deleted.
How to Request Deletion
Choose one of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Deletion
If you are logged in, you can delete your account directly from the Settings section of the Shilingi app.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email from the address associated with your account to:
hello@shilingi.app
Use the subject line:
Account Deletion Request
Please include: The email address linked to your Shilingi account
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 days.
Data Retention
Some limited data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business or security purposes.
Any retained data will be securely stored and deleted once no longer required.

What data can be deleted
• Profile information (display name, profile photo)
• App usage data and preferences

Processing time
Requests are typically processed within 7–14 days.
Note
Account credentials (such as email) may be retained to keep the account active.
Deleting the account will permanently delete all associated data.
